Adobo

The all purpose Latin American spice blend. Use it dry or add some orange juice to make a rub for your favorite pasture raised meat or wild game. We like to sprinkle it as a finishing salt for our Huevos Rancheros.

Ingredients: Turmeric, Cumin, Onion, Garlic, Cumin, Mild Chiles, Oregano, Salt, Pepper

Suggested Uses:

• One of our best customers makes a salad dressing daily with this blend - he mixes 1cup olive oil, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, and 2tbsp of Adobo and shakes it all together in a Mason Jar.
• This is our favorite all purpose blend.  Sprinkle it on anything....trust us.
