Granite State Spice Blends
This is our most underrated blend. A classic British invention. A blend of heavily toasted spices and aromatics blended to lend a unique flavor and pop to your sauces, soups, stews, and marinades.
Ingredients: Turmeric, Spices, Fenugreek, BayLeaf, Hot Chiles, Salt
- Plump up some raisins in OJ and use them with the Curry Powder when making chicken salad. This will be a posted recipe soon. Keep checking back to see when it posts.
- Mix it with ketchup, worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, brown sugar, and a little acv (apple cider vinegar) and toss it with some cut up grilled brats for what's known as currywurst. It's a popular German street food. Serve it on a butter grilled sub roll, grab a hazy Witbier, and chow down. We won't judge you if you toss a slice of orange in the beer.
