Jerk

Add a spicy kick to all of your foods. This jerk seasoning will add warmth and spice to anything you put on it.  We love to slow roast drumsticks with it and finish them with a splash of lime.  

Ingredients: Paprika, Onion, Garlic, Various Spices, Various Herbs, Mild and Hot Chiles, Brown Sugar, Allspice, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cilantro

Suggested Uses:

• Chicken legs tossed in Jerk and roasted low and slow served with some mango chutney.
• Eggplant grilled with Jerk is amazing.
• Use it to kick up fruit salsas.
• Add it to oil and apple cider vinegar for a great dressing or marinade.
• Stew down some tomatoes and Jerk for a spicy and savory kick.
