Our signature spice blend. This is our "go-to" all purpose seasoning made up of a proprietary blend of Kosher salt, fresh cracked black pepper, granulated onion, and granulated garlic. It's a must have for all types of meats and vegetables.
Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Salt, Pepper
- Grilled veggies of all types - zucchini and summer squash, bell peppers, eggplant, etc will all be enhanced by SPOG.
- Meats - let this blend your intro to BBQ. We are too enamored by stale spice blends in BPA bottles loaded with MSG and silicone dioxide. We don't believe the FDA designation of GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) should be a classification for ingredients we consume. Rub your meat with yellow mustard and let it be the glue to keep the seasoning on the meat. It will not impart any flavor of mustard to the meat. Then roast accordingly.
- Seasoning Tip - pull your foods about 30 minutes prior to cooking. Season liberally with SPOG. The salt will draw out moisture from the meats or veggies you're planning to use. This moisture will reconstitute the garlic and onion making what's known as a "dry marinade." Trust me....this is the method you'll want to use.
